Where we're located

Location Details

It’s very much about island life and the natural world here. Guests come to walk the beaches, explore the tidepools, and hike the trails. People also watch for local wildlife, such as eagles and herons, as well as grey and orca whales. Our tall Evergreens are a perennial draw. Other nearby activities and attractions include the nearby off-leash dog parks, wineries, beaches, boat launches, and marinas. We’re close to the artistic town of Langley with restaurants, galleries, shops, and easy access to the waterfront.

"This place is amazing! Quiet neighborhood, peaceful, and we even had a bald eagle with babies in the front yard tree! The kitchen had everything you could ask for - spices, tools, utensils - the walk in master bath shower was amazing, and the hot tub was spotless. Beds were very comfy and we loved relaxing on the front deck overlooking the water. We walked the neighborhood each morning and saw some beautiful gardens. Everyone we met was very friendly, we loved it. We will definitely be back."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Vanessa’s place was incredible — clean, well-stocked with towels and supplies, and thoughtfully set up for comfort. On a clear day, the view of the mountains is breathtaking. The mutiny bay beach nearby is perfect for catching a stunning sunset — a must-see, just as Vanessa recommended. Honestly, you could spend your whole time just relaxing at the house and feel completely content. Highly recommended!"

We could have spent hours just gazing out at the scenery. We can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with stunning views. "Vanessa's place was amazing and one of our very favorite stays! The space was immaculate, comfortable, and peaceful. We brought our 2 dogs, and the fully fenced wraparound decking and side yard were so helpful. We saw orcas from the deck 2 days in a row, and were told by neighbors that a gray whale passed by the day before! We also had many bald eagle sightings in the area. The indoor space was so nicely decorated. We loved the living room fireplace and also spent a lot of time on the heated deck, including use of the BBQ. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the scent-free products throughout. The smart TV was easy to use and there were comfortable swivel chairs, which allowed us to switch between the outdoor view and TV in the evening. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, and there was ample closet space. The hot tub was such a relaxing bonus! The neighbors were friendly and the area was very quiet. We loved it and are looking forward to returning!"
